Why a concierge
A hotel concierge keeps a bell on the desk. You tap it, someone comes, and they already know a little about you. That's the service we want small businesses to give over text: quick, personal, and handled by whoever is free.
Most texting tools are built for marketing teams sending one big blast. The replies end up on someone's personal phone, or nowhere. We started with the replies. The campaigns, the keywords and the analytics came after, built around a shared inbox the whole staff can use.
We also got tired of pricing pages that hide the real cost behind per-user fees and list-size tiers. So every plan includes your team and unlimited contacts, and the only extra charge is texts beyond your allowance, at a price we print up front.

Who we build for
Our customers are yoga studios, dental offices, barbershops, cafes, boutiques, auto shops, schools and local nonprofits. Most have between one and five people who might answer a text on a given day, and a list of a few hundred to a few thousand customers.
That shapes what we leave out as much as what we put in. There is no campaign builder with forty settings and no contract to negotiate. You tell us which plan fits, we set up your account and connect a number, and you send your first campaign.
